GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRANSPORT
By booking the activities offered by Sardinia Paradise Tour, the passenger automatically accepts the following general conditions of transport:
1) BOOKING AND PURCHASE. Reservations can be made through the website www.sardiniparadisetour.com, the call center, or Sardinia Paradise Tour offices, agents, and agencies. Reservations are confirmed upon payment of the full amount due. If a deferred payment reservation is available, the reservation will be cancelled if confirmation and payment are not received by the deadline.
2) ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS. All activities offered by Sardinia Paradise Tour can be paid for using the following methods: cash, debit cards, credit cards, Satispay, and instant bank transfers.
3) CHECK-IN AND BOARDING. Passengers must check in at least twenty minutes before departure, except in exceptional circumstances promptly communicated by Sardinia Paradise Tour. Passengers who fail to check in within the aforementioned time limit will lose their right to board, even if they have a valid reservation. Reservations will subsequently be considered non-changeable and non-refundable.
4) BOARDING PREGNANT WOMEN AND PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY. For safety reasons, pregnant women and people with reduced mobility are strongly discouraged from boarding dinghies. If a pregnant woman is discovered during navigation and weather and sea conditions are unsuitable for her to continue the voyage, she will be immediately disembarked at the nearest port and will not be entitled to any kind of refund.
5) PETS. The boarding of any pet species is tacitly prohibited, both to protect the health of passengers with allergies and to ensure the safety of the animals themselves. However, pets are permitted on some vessels. Please check with Sardinia Paradise Tour to confirm this by contacting them through the contact channels before confirming your booking.
6) ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND DRINK. The carrying of all alcoholic beverages is not prohibited, but consumption is prohibited while cruising. Anyone identified as being under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to board the vessel, so as not to jeopardize the safety of the voyage, and will not be entitled to any type of refund.
7) SNORKELING EQUIPMENT. Snorkeling equipment (mask and snorkel) is not always included in the excursion or rental price; please check the "Included/Not Included" section in the product description. When indicated as available, passengers who wish to use it may request it directly from the onboard staff and use it for the entire duration of the activity, returning it before disembarking. Loss or failure to return all or part of the equipment will result in a €50.00 penalty.

9) CANCELLATION OF BOOKING BY THE PASSENGER.
Cancellations or changes to your booking must be notified to Sardinia Paradise Tour within 72 hours of the tour date, by email or WhatsApp customer service at 393484790230, or through the intermediary where the boarding ticket was purchased (e.g., a hotel or resellers).
In the event of guests failing to arrive on the day of booking without prior notification, Sardinia Paradise Tour will retain the entire payment.
In case of illness and/or infection from COVID-19, the passenger is required to communicate it promptly by email or WhatsApp to 393484790230
Subsequently, Sardinia Paradise Tour, having acknowledged this communication, will request the presentation of a medical report or a certificate of positivity for COVID-19 to make a full refund within 48 hours, by bank transfer, to the account indicated by the customer by email to info@sardiniaparadisetour.com or by crediting the credit card.
10) CANCELLATION OF BOOKING DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS.
In the event that adverse weather conditions prevent departure, we will proceed as follows: if an alternative date cannot be offered or if customers are unable to adapt their schedule to the new date, we will refund the full amount.
Refunds will be made within 48 hours, via bank transfer, to the account indicated by the customer via email at info@sardiniaparadisetour.com. We will also try to adjust the departure and arrival times to avoid possible inclement weather on the same day to the best of our ability. Changing the date or time will not result in any reduction in the rate or contract terms, unless the rental period is reduced.
Once an alternative date has been selected by customers, the same cancellation policies will apply to the new date. The operator may decide to cancel the rental or excursion even on the same day of booking in the event of bad weather or unsafe sea conditions. A full refund will be provided.
If weather conditions prevent us from proceeding with the trip and we are unable to find an alternative date or offer a safe and comfortable alternative route, we will refund the full amount paid. The refund will be made within 48 hours, via bank transfer, to the account indicated by the customer via email at info@sardiniaparadisetour.com.
CANCELLATION DUE TO CUSTOMER OR CHANGES OF MIND
The following penalty applies:
within 4 weeks: 25% of the ticket price
From 28 to 10 days before: 50%
9 to 4 days before: 80%
3 to 1 day before: 100%
no-show: 100%
REFUND POLICIES.
In case of a refund, Sardinia Paradise Tour will proceed as follows depending on the payment method used: – Cash, Instant Bank Transfers, Satispay: 100% refunded – Credit Cards and Debit Cards: a penalty of 4.00% applies
Refunds will be made via bank transfer or credit card within 48 hours of the customer emailing info@sardiniparadisetour.com with the account to which the payment should be made.
